Categories in the CRM Commenter for Facebook app

The CRM Commenter for Facebook app's categories has many goals in the app and them are essential for automations. In this article i will explain the goal of the categories and how to manage them.

There are 3 goals for the CRM Commenter for Facebook app's categories:

  1. The categories are used to group the quick replies and in each Facebook Page you could select one or multiple groups with quick replies to use by selecting the categories.
  2. The quick replies categories when are used as reply to a comment, them are assigned to the user which receives the reply. In this way you could understand the users interests.
  3. The CRM Automations app uses too the assigned categories in the CRM Commenter for Facebook app to run actions.
