CRM Analytics Newsletter Introduction
Newsletter is a tool in the CRM Analytics app which is allowing to automate the sending of the reports by email. This feature is useful to receive the interested data in the wanted day of the week and at the expected hour.
In the Newsletter tool we could select the profiles from all platforms. We could select the metrics from all platforms and even from the Overview page.
The supported Report Period could be: Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
In each scheduled report we could select a Company which will add the header and footer in the PDFs sent by email.
By plan is possible to decide how many email addresses will be added in each report.
By plan is possible to decide how many reports could create a user.
The reports will be sent only if them have the Enabled status.
The History in each report is import because it shows how the app is working and which errors are occurring.
