CRM Analytics Platforms Introduction

A platform in the CRM Analytics app may be a social network or another kind of third-party service from which we're parsing insights. By default the CRM Analytics app has 5 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok and Twitter.

In each platform the app has a collection with metrics. To get insights we have to connect the profiles in the system. A profile may be an account, page, company, etc. from a social network or another kind of third-party service.

The platforms are located in the folder application/base/user/apps/collection/crm_analytics/networks/collection and them are following the interface application/base/user/apps/collection/crm_analytics/interfaces/networks.php.

The Overview page displays metrics from all available platforms. But in each platform page we could see only the platform's metrics. 

The platforms could be restricted by plans(them are called Networks in the plans pages). From the plans pages is possible to limit the number of profiles(in the plans are called accounts).

The app is allowing to create new platforms.
