How the client receives notifications in the opened chat page

The Midrub Support Chats app allows in the client mode to open a chat and talk with the agents which are available in real time. If the client has opened the single chat page, he will see in real time the new chat replies. But if client scrolls the replies in the chat to see the old replies, instead new replies, the client will see modal notifications about new replies. The client could click in the modal button to see the new replies or can scroll down the replies.
