How the emails notifications are sent in the Midrub Support Desk Collection

All apps from the Midrub Support Desk collection(Midrub Support Tickets, Midrub Support Dashboard and Midrub Support Chats) are registering every 5-10 seconds information about the online users.

This information about online users is used for many purposes:

  • If no agents are online, the clients can't open a chat.
  • If the clients aren't online, them will receive emails about new chats and tickets replies.
  • If the agents aren't online, them will receive emails about new chats and tickets replies where them are assigned.
  • Other purposes in future.

The team's owner could receive by email all alerts even if them aren't assigned to a chat or ticket. Them can disable this option from their Settings page.
