How to configure the plans for the CRM Social app

The administrator is able to restrict by plan some features in the CRM Social app. The restrictions are for number of published posts in a month and number of connected RSS Feeds.

The restrictions for the plans is possible to manage from the administrator panel -> User -> Plans -> any plan -> CRM Social app:

  • Posts Limit - allows to restrict the number of published posts in a month. Every month the counter is reset. 
  • RSS Limit - allows to restrict the number of connected RSS Feeds. The limit is valid for both enabled and disabled RSS Feeds.

What happens when the limit of posts is reached?

  • Scheduled posts will be updated as failed.
  • RSS Feeds will be disabled.
  • Batches will be disabled.
  • Planned posts will be disabled.

In any cases in the history will be saved an record about the reason why the posts weren't published.
