How to configure TikTok for the CRM Analytics app

TikTok is a default platform available in the CRM Analytics app. You need to create an app on TikTok to be able to configure it for the CRM Analytics app.

How to configure TikTok:

• Go to https://developers.tiktok.com/apps/ 
  
  
• Click on the button Connect an app.
  
  
• Copy the Client Key and Client Secret.
  
  
• Paste the Client Key and Client Secret in the Midrub CMS -> administrator panel -> User page(fifth icon in the main menu) -> Networks -> TikTok.
  
  
• Go back to the TikTok application -> Configuration -> select an app icon -> select a category -> Configure for Web(enable) -> enter your website url.
  
  
• In the Configuration section -> under Description -> Our website collects the user's videos information from TikTok and shows to the user the popularity of its videos and its account.
  
  
• In  the Products menu -> click on the Add Products button.
  
  
• Enable the products Login Kit and Video Kit.
  
  
• In the Login Kit product enter the Terms of Service URL and Privacy Policy URL. 
  
  
• The Redirect Domain could be copied from Midrub CMS -> administrator panel -> User page(fifth icon in the main menu) -> Networks -> TikTok.
  
  
• At the end, click on the button Save Changes. The app will be under review and you won't be able to use it.
  
  
• Go to Midrub CMS -> administrator panel -> User page(fifth icon in the main menu) -> Networks -> TikTok -> Additional Scopes.
  
  
• If Additional Scopes is empty, enter video.list
  
  
• If is not empty, append with the quote: ,video.list
  
  
• And don't forget to go to Midrub CMS -> administrator panel -> User page -> Plans -> wanted plans -> Networks -> enable the wanted networks.
