How to create the Ice Breakers for Instagram
The CRM Chatbot for Instagram app allows to create Ice Breakers for any connected Instagram's account. Is possible to add 4 questions and select a bot as response for each.
To create the Ice Breakers:
- Go to the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app.
- Click on the Accounts menu's item.
- Click on the wanted account.
- In the Ice Breakers box, click on the menu button.
- Next, click on the Manage button.
- Create the list qith questions and then click on the button Save.
You have to create even the bots which will be used for questions.
The Ice Breakers for Instagram works only in the mobile app.
