How to disable the automatic replies for direct messages in a conversation
With the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app you are able to provide support to your clients which are contacting you on Instagram by using the direct messages. The CRM Chatbot for Instagram app allows even to reply automatically and for this reason, sometimes there could be more reasons to disable the automatic replies and talk in real time with a client.
To disable the automatic replies in the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app:
- Go to CRM Chatbot for Instagram app -> Conversations page.
- Click on the interested conversation.
- Click on the Actions tab.
- Check the Bot Pause option.
- Only for that conversation the automatic replies will be disabled.
You could enable or disable anytime the automatic replies for any conversations.
