How to enable the Quick Guide in the CRM Chatbot app for Twilio
One of the key feature in the CRM collection is the Quick Quide feature. This feature is available for all CRM's apps and could contain articles for each available app.
The Quick Guide for the CRM Chatbot app for Twilio could be enabled in the Administrator -> User -> Apps -> Chatbot for Twilio.
The articles could be written in Administrator -> Frontend -> Quick Guide -> New Guide. To show the articles in the CRM Chatbot app for Twilio the articles should have the category with slug crmtwchatbot. Or the category with the slug crmtwchatbot could have multiple subcategories and one of these will have the wanted articles.
