How to manage the products in the Support Products app

The Support Desk collection could be used to provide support for anything. Also, i've created the Support Products app which allows to the agents to provide support only to their products.

How the products works in the Support Products app?

  • First of all, go to the Support Products app.
  • Click on the New Product button.
  • Select the wanted Marketplace where you're selling products.
  • Enter the product name, displayed to the clients and agents.
  • Enter the product's ID. 
  • The product's ID is very important. When the clients will click to connect his products, will be verified if your product's ID exists. Otherwise won't be saved.

At the begin support is provided only for the Envato marketplace. But if a buyer wants another marketplace, it will be added.
