How to provide support in real time to your clients by using Instagram

The CRM Chatbot for Instagram app allows to reply both automatically and manually. Each received message will be saved and displayed in the main page of the app. A conversation means the collection of messages of an Instagram's user.

To receive the Instagram's direct messages in the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app the Instagram's account should be connected first in the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app and should be enabled. The quick replies aren't important. 

When someone sends a direct message, we could see it in real time in the Conversations page. We could reply with text, emojis and even attach an image. In the conversation's page we have multiple options(you could read about in other articles).
