How to undone the moderated Instagram's comments
By default, the CRM Moderator app deletes the Instagram's comments if them are matching the created conditions. The deleted comments can't be more restored. In each connected Instagram's account you could see the option to Hide the comments, instead to delete them. The hidden comments could be restore anytime by the team's member which has access.
How to restore the hidden comments?
- First, go to the connected Instagram's account in the CRM Moderator app.
- There, enable the option Hide Comments.
- After this, all new moderated app could be restored from the CRM Moderator app -> Comments -> any new comment -> Actions -> Hide or Unhide Comment.
Anytime the team's members are able to hide or unhide the Instagram's comments. Each action done will be saved in the Activities page.
