How to use the Facebook Shop Products in the Instagram Direct Messages

In the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app is possible to create templates with the Facebook Shop products and use them as quick reply to the received direct messages. The products are selected from the Facebook Page which is connected to the Instagram account which is used in the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app.

How how to use the Facebook Shop products in the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app?

  • Go to the app CRM Chatbot for Instagram app.
  • Click on the Bots menu item.
  • Click on the button New Bot.
  • From the Elements menu select the Product element and drag in the page.
  • Next click on the menu icon in the Product box and select Edit.
  • In the All Accounts dropdown you could see all connected Instagram accounts in the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app.
  • Select one and the products from the connected Facebook Page Shop will be displayed.
  • You could select a product and save.

Next the bot could be selected as Response in a quick reply.
