How to use the quick replies for Instagram direct messages
With the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app you are able to create quick replies for Instagram. The quick replies could be used for the received Instagram's direct messages. This app will reply automatically to the received messages.
How the quick replies are working?
- Go to the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app.
- Click on the Quick Replies menu item.
- Click on the New Reply button.
- In the Keywords field enter the keywords which should be present in a received direct message.
- Next, select the accuracy for the keywords present in the received direct messages.
- Enter a plan text or select a bot as response.
- Select a category to put the quick reply in a group.
- Save.
- In a connected Instagram account select the category from which should be used the quick replies.
