How works the default response in the CRM Commenter for Facebook app

In the CRM Commenter for Facebook app we could setup a default response for all received comments in a Facebook Page. The default response will be used as comment if there is no available a quick reply(there is no a quick reply condition which meets the received comment message).

To create a default response:

  • Go to the CRM Commenter for Facebook app.
  • Click on the Pages menu item.
  • Click on the button New Page.
  • Select the wanted Facebook Page.
  • Click on the button Next Step.
  • Ensure your Page has ON status(enabled).
  • Enable de Default Response and enter a message which will be sent as comment reply.
  • Next click on the Save Changes button.
