How works the Favorites list with threads
In the CRM Chatbot app is available the page Favorites where could be saved all favorite threads. The goal of this page is to save important discussions and get them easy from the Favorites list.
The difference between Favorites and Important is in the scope. The Important list is temporary with threads which requires attention. The Important list has even notification with number of threads. The Favorites list is for long time and threads which contains important information, but don't requests attention.
To save a thread in the Favorites list, go to the thread's page -> Actions -> Preferences -> Favorite. From same location is possible to remove the favorites.
Any team's member which saves or removes a thread from the Favorites list will have records about in his activity page.
