The Favorites page in the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app is used to save the conversations which contains useful information for us. The favorite status for a conversation could be added and removed only manually.
The team's members could favorite too a conversation if they have permission to see it and they could see the Favorites page only with the conversations which are allowed for them.
