How works the Guests page in the CRM Commenter for Facebook app
The Guests page in the CRM Commenter for Facebook app shows all people which have contacted us by commenting at least one post in our connected Facebook Pages.
In the guest's page we could see all posts where the guest has leave at least a comment. We could see the comments of the guest and reply to them with a new comment.
We could get only the guest name from Facebook. But, if the guest uses emails or phone numbers in his comments, we will be able to export in a CSV even the guest's emails and phone numbers. Moreover, we could export even the guest's categories.
By deleting the guests, will be removed even his comments from the Posts page, not from Facebook. A record about will be saved in the Activities page.
