How works the Important page in the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app
In the CRM Chatbot for Instagram app we have the page Important which shows a list with conversations saved manually or automatically. The page item's in the menu has even a green label where we could see the number of saved conversations.
How could be saved as Important a conversation:
- Manually - from the conversation page -> Actions tab -> Preferences -> Important.
- Automatically - the app provides an action in the CRM Automations app which allows to save automatically the conversations based on the user assigned categories.
From the Important page we could filter the conversations by Instagram account and by status. The search engine allows to search for conversations based on the conversation's messages.
