How works the Quick Reply Info page in the CRM Commenter app
In the Quick Reply Info page you could see basic information about a quick reply. You won't see information about configuration.
The page Quick Reply Info could be found in the CRM Commenter app -> Quick Replies -> click on the info icon. In the next page you will see the status of the quick reply, who is the author and when was created.
In the Quick Reply Info page you will see even the conversations where was used the quick reply.
