Search for tweets from CRM Dashboard

CRM Commenter app for Twitter saves automatically all tweets which are receiving at least a reply. The condition to save the tweets is to connect the Twitter accounts in the CRM Commenter app. Then, all new replies will be sent to the CRM Commenter app and in this way will be saved both tweets and replies.

In the CRM Dashboard app users could find a search input which allows to search data in multiple enabled apps. This could be useful to find easy the wanted information. The CRM Commenter app allows to search for tweets directly from the CRM Dashboard app. The search filter is enabled automatically when is enabled the CRM Commenter app.

The search filter uses the saved replies content to find the wanted data and shows the tweets where are created the found replies.

From the CRM Dashboard app, users could get with a click the wanted tweet.
