Support Clients Introduction

In the Support Desk Pro clients could sign up only if they have an invitation code or url. Without agent invitation they can't sign up. Anyway, even after sign up we can't leave them alone. The agents should keep care of their clients. For this scope was created the Support Clients app.

The Support Clients shows the list with clients and the agent could change the user's status: active, blocked or inactive. Inactive means user has not confirmed his email. Administrator could decide if the confirmation email is enabled or no.

In the Support Clients app you have even a graph with clients status. You could see how many clients haven't confirmed their accounts or were blocked. 

In the clients list you can see even the client's email.

Agent could decide if the team's members could manage clients and any status change is saved in the Activities.
