Support Products Introduction

Support Products is an app available in the Support Desk and Support Desk Pro collection, which allows to restrict support based on the products support subscription.

When this app is enabled, tickets and clients could be created only with a product which has a valid support subscription. The agents are deciding which products are supported. Them have to create the products with name and ids used in the marketplace. After this, their clients could connect these products if are purchased.

By default is available Envato as marketplace and clients could receive support for the purchased items on Envato. In the last 5 days of their support subscription the clients will see the notification about. Them could renew the support subscription and after should reconnect their products from Envato with 2 clicks.
