Team Roles Permissions in the CRM Commenter for Facebook app

The CRM Commenter for Facebook app could be sell as SAAS service to the companies and it has support for the Midrub CMS core. In this app the companies could create team's members accounts for all their agents. By team's role, the companies could decide what will be able to see and do any team's member.

The available permissions in this app:

  • Allow Commenter for Facebook Access - this is the default permission which should be enabled to let team's member to see/use any available feature.
  • Allow Commenter Configuration Access - this permission is required to be enabled if you wish to provide some configuration's permissions.
  • Allow Pages Creation - this permission allows to connect new Facebook Pages in the app.
  • Allow Pages Editing - without this permission, the page will be possible only to see. This permissions allows to do any action in the page's settings.
  • Allow Pages Deletion - this permission allows to the team's members to delete the pages.
  • Pages Access - this permission allows access to the pages.
  • Allow Comments Creation - this permission is used for comments replies.
  • Allow Comments Deletion - this permission is used for comments deletion.
  • Allow Quick Replies Creation - the team's member with this permission will be able to create quick replies.
  • Allow Quick Replies Editing - the team's member with this permission will be able to edit the quick replies.
  • Allow Quick Replies Deletion¬†- the team's member with this permission will be able to delete the quick replies.
  • Allow Categories Creation - this permission allows to create categories.
  • Allow Categories Deletion - this permission allows to delete the categories.
