User settings for CRM Commenter for Facebook app

CRM Commenter for Facebook app adds several options in the CRM Settings app which allows to control the notifications about events in the app. The added options can be found in the CRM Settings app -> General -> Commenter for Facebook.

Available options:

  • New Posts Alerts - displays alerts when a Facebook's post has the first tracked comment by the CRM Commenter for Facebook app and the post is saved.
  • New Comments Alerts - displays alerts when a new comment is saved.
  • New Errors Alerts - displays alerts when for some reasons a quick reply isn't sent. The quick reply is disabled automatically even if the option is disabled.

The settings options are displayed only if the user has enabled the CRM Commenter for Facebook app.
