User's notes in the Support Tickets app
Users has the Notes feature in the Support Tickets app. I've invented it because i think, users will want to save important data which they will be able to find easily. Important data could be an url with a solution or some instructions.
Another way of the Notes use could be in tasks for team's members. You could create notes with tasks for the team's members and them will see them in all tickets single pages.
Each Note could contain a subject an text content which can be formated. Will be possible even to save the url of a ticket's response as note. Notes can be find by using the search input or pagination. The Notes can be deleted.
The agents have too Notes, but their notes are only about a user.
The Notes can be created, updated and deleted. All actions can be seen in the Activities page.
