Notes for clients in the Support Tickets app
The Support Tickets app has two modes: client and agent. Bot client and agent mode has notes support. The client could save notes with important information for him. But the agent could save information about clients.
For each client, an agent could save different notes. This can be useful if other agents had problems with a client or if a client said something important which should know all agents before start to reply.
The notes for agents are a little different than the clients notes. The notes for agents have priority selector and the notes are ordered based on the priority.
